Although we make every effort to keep sufficient
stock of items listed on our site, occasionally
we do sell out of certain products. If we are out
of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will
notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected
in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

2beacnefree.com currently does not accept checks,
cash, or money orders.

Our shopping cart service provider is Verisign Secured: this website secures your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged only to orders shipped to
a California address.
Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation once your
order has been received. In addition, a shipping
confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order
has been shipped. Orders to UK and Canada
are shipped using Global Priority mail. In addition
to rapid delivery (4-7 business days), a tracking
number is provided once your order has shipped.
Modifying your order
Please be advised that once an order has been
placed we are unable to make any modifications
to the order including cancellations.
Order processing guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin
processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship
within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing
the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders
placed on Friday after 1 PM PST on Fridays will begin
processing on the following Monday. Tobeacnefree.com
will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise
you have selected is not currently in stock or if we
need to confirm availability.
We use UPS and Federal Express for US delivery, and
therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses,
as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES
NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

international postal delivery to UK and Canada.
Most shipments are usually delivered
within 7 to 10 business days after leaving
our shipping facility. Please make sure you select
your country in the shipping option at check-out.
If you fail to properly select your country,
we will adjust your total order cost to apply
the appropriate shipping charge. Sorry we
do not offer next day or second day delivery
to international orders at this time

effort to minimize our Non-U.S shipping costs and
does not profit from these rates. We are
required by law to disclose the full value of the
package contents and cannot alter this value. If

RETURNS - 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on merchandise within
30 days of receipt of your order. Please follow the
return/exchange instructions on the invoice included
with your package. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund
shipping and handling charges.
How to make a return?
Please send us an email to request a RMA. Once
you have received an RMA from us, pack and
securely seal the merchandise in the original
package if possible. Include the RMA number
on your return package, and send insured
to the above address. (We recommend that you
insure the return packages to 2beacnefree.com.
This will provide you with recourse on your
package, as we cannot accept responsibility
for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will the credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at 2beacnefree.com,
your refund will be processed in the original form
of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be
notified via email to the address listed on your
account when this transaction has taken place. Please
note that your banking institution may require additional
days to process and post this transaction to your
account once they have received the information from
2beacnefree.com.
